The Executive Service Network in the USA is completely reliant upon a volunteer staff and a non-salaried board whose expenses are not reimbursed. Donations will be utilized principally to build the staff and organizational infrastructure of the Executive Service Network in Lagos to enhance the organizational capacity of social development enterprises and institutions in Nigeria.

The Executive Service Network receives your donations not simply to build its own capacity, but, more importantly, to help build the capacity of the many organizations in Nigeria that it will seek to bring into a Social Development Coalition with a common vision of projecting Nigeria as a global leader in social development.

We are not unaware of the challenges to the realization of our Vision and Mission. However, it is awareness of the challenges and our belief in the ingenuity and spirit of enterprise of Nigerians which drive our passion. By 2050 Nigeria will be the third most populous nation, following India and China. We are confident that as Nigeria makes great strides in social development over the next several decades, Africans across the continent and people of African descent in the vast African Diaspora will be lifted economically and socially.
